Wizeline, a global AI-native technology solutions provider, seeks a Generative AI Engineer to join our La Mancha team in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. You will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and lead the full Agent Development Lifecycle across industries.

You will collaborate with enterprise customers to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions, develop high-performance full-stack apps, and push forward AI tooling and architectures.

Formación

• 5+ years of strong software engineering fundamentals including design patterns.
• Experience building and deploying production software and full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and agent architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents.
• Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Build scalable full-stack apps integrating AI capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for AI agents.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and evaluate models and architectures.
• Drive technical discussions with engineering and executive stakeholders.
