Wizeline, a global AI-native technology solutions provider, seeks a Generative AI Engineer for our León office in Castilla y León, Spain. You will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and scalable full-stack apps powered by LLMs.

You’ll own the entire ADLC, collaborate with enterprise customers, and help shape platform capabilities with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of strong software engineering fundamentals including system design, scalability, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience building and deploying production software.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges across multiple industries.
• Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), from discovery and value proof through production deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate business problems into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Build scalable, maintainable full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for implementing AI agents.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities based on customer needs.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate models, frameworks, and architectures.
• Drive technical discussions with engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges across multiple industries.
• Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), from discovery and proof of value through production deployment and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for implementing AI agents.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities based on customer needs.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate new models, frameworks, and architectures.
• Drive technical discussions with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Must-have Skills

• 5+ years of Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, including system design, scalability, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience building and deploying production software.
• Deep hands‑on experience with TypeScript and React .
• Ability to quickly adapt across different full-stack technologies and architectures.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end
• Hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of agentic architectures, including concepts such as:
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production environments rather than experimentation alone.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling and orchestration frameworks.
• Comfortable working directly with customers to understand business needs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
