Beachboard Hacienda is top quality beach volleyball training facility for both amateur and Worlds best pro players offering all inclusiveservice model including mealsand accommodation. We are looking for a trainee to join this family run unique complex and become an allround professionaland grow together with us.

The trainee will learn about everything what we dofrom kitchen help to cleaning, from hosting to marketing. Along side with the tasks related to daily routines, we offer you an opportunity to learn how a this five starbusiness model was created, give you insight to administartive tasks and routines that are crucial for a company like ours.depending on your area of studies we can have focus on certain areas. If you are studying to become a chef, we can make you learn with our kitchen team and prepare excellent culinary experiences with healthy and fresh ingredients. If you have focus is marketing and administration, the learning can focus on building experience on content creation, event planning, administrational tasks, with social Media marketing, website developingetc.
And hopefully become a beach volley lover like us.

We expect 4 days per week worth of commitment divided in shift of different lengths. Normal shift will included helping with our daily routines running the all the functions (kitchen help, house keeping, maintenance, gardening, customer service, etc), but also specific task related to your objectives and wished focus areas: marketing planning, content creation, sales assistance, event organizing, byreacratic help, back ground support etc.

we are open 7 days a week, but depending on the reservation situation we plan the works shifts together giving maximum flexibility so our trainee can discover Puerto and this beautiful Island.

This position is for a person who has a high work ethic with pro-active approach and open to any kind of workand willingness to becomeprofessional like we are.
