Responsabilidades

• Represent the property and Lanserhof Concept to ensure brand positioning.
• Manage the entire hotel operation including Reservations, Front Office, and more.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and set effective initiatives.
• Create a supportive environment for employees.
• Coordinate with departments in Medicine, Marketing, Finance, and management.
