We are searching for an experienced General Manager to take responsibility for the operations of a growing dairy ingredients business with an international presence. The successful candidate will lead the production facility near Madrid, ensuring operational excellence, developing people, and securing sustainable long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production site
• Drive efficiency and maintain consistent product quality
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Control budgets, costs, and overall financial performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Define and implement operational strategies in line with business objectives
• Work with senior leadership to identify and deliver on growth opportunities

Profile

• Senior operational leadership experience in the dairy ingredients or food processing sector
• Strong technical knowledge of dairy processing and production flows
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver performance improvements
• Financial and analytical competence, including direct P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English; Spanish language skills preferred

Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline; postgraduate study a plus
