This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from €40,000 to €55,000 depending on experience, starting in January 2026.

Total Bruto Annual Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 (depending on experience + Phase 1 performance)

We’re looking for a hands‑on, operational, financially‑minded General Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across the café, front‑of‑house, maintenance, cleaning and events.

The role covers:

• Full ownership of café operations + P&L
• Daily venue standards (cleaning, maintenance, presentation)
• Leading FOH + hospitality teams
• Budget ownership + cost control
• Ensuring a premium member experience
• Working directly with C‑Level
