Una agencia digital en crecimiento busca un Gerente General que lidere y optimice todos los departamentos para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de ingresos y rentabilidad. El candidato ideal debe tener más de 5 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo, un historial de crecimiento en negocios digitales y excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Esta es una posición a tiempo completo y se trabaja de forma remota, con un horario orientado a la zona horaria de EE.UU.

Formación

We are seeking a General Manager with expertise in running a company as a leader. All departments are hitting milestones and are profitable; work across departments is done efficiently and to standard processes and checklists; all departments are delivering high quality outcome and meet their goals.

The General Manager will be responsible for setting company quarterly goals for revenue targets and strategic roadmaps to drive growth.

This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position. As our headquarters are in the US, we do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and profitability by ensuring sales and delivery teams meet targets and performance standards.
  • Hands‑on in managing design, development, marketing and operations to ensure work done is to highest performance and timelines are met.
  • Enforce best practices, processes, accountability, and high performance across all departments.
  • Monitor utilization, capacity, profitability, and client satisfaction, taking corrective action when metrics are not met.
  • Execute company-wide improvements and support C-level strategic initiatives to drive growth and work excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in running successful venture(s) with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of growing DIGITAL businesses (agency or online companies), improving revenue and increasing profitability.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, team performance, and leading cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of digital workflows across design, development, QA, PM, and marketing, with the ability to optimize delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to enforce standards and elevate quality across teams.
Skill Set
  • Strong leadership and ability to turn executive decisions into clear, actionable guidance for teams.
  • High organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities, enforcing processes and maintaining structure.
  • Sales aware and growth focused, able to support upsells and client relationship growth.
  • Excellent communicator capable of aligning heads of departments, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to prevent issues, optimize workflows, and maintain high delivery quality.
