Desconect@ in Málaga is seeking a General Health Psychologist to join our mental health day hospital, focusing on adolescents and their families.

The role is a permanent full-time position with a gross annual salary of €26,500 and afternoon-oriented shifts; immediate start is available. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, conduct group and individual therapies, and contribute to reporting and workshops.

• Verifiable professional registration is mandatory.

At Desconect@—a mental health day hospital providing therapeutic and academic care to adolescents and their families—we are looking to add a General Health Psychologist to our team in Málaga.

that helps adolescents with technology addiction, behavioral disorders, eating disorders (ED), general emotional distress, addictions, and other challenges typical of adolescence.

Through a multidisciplinary therapy model, we take a holistic approach. This means we work across the adolescent’s personal, individual, social, and family spheres, as we know all these aspects directly influence their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Management
• Carry out individual and family therapies of referring patients (or

Requirements

• Verifiable professional registration (mandatory requirement)
• Profile oriented toward adolescent patients
• At least 2 years of work experience (excluding internships) in a day hospital setting and/or working with children, adolescents, and their families.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and a proactive attitude
• Working with Families (Master’s in Systemic preferred)
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions

Conditions

• Permanent full-time contract (38.5 hours per week)
• Gross annual salary of €26,500 (full-time)
• Schedule primarily in the afternoons; an example would be:
  Mon>2:30 PM – 8:00 PM (5.5 hrs) – Tue / Thu > 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (6 hrs + 6 hrs) – Wed & Fri > 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM (4.5 hrs + 4.5 hrs) (Option to leave at 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM on Mondays or Tuesdays). The remaining hours are for the morning (classroom-based work) and are flexible at the therapist’s discretion; they can be scheduled to best suit the therapist and adjusted based on the availability of families, patients, etc.
• Summer/Christmas hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
