BBVA AI Factory in Madrid is seeking a Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models to join a dynamic, cross-functional team. You will develop end-to-end data products and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques to transform banking processes and customer interactions.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver scalable data-driven solutions, while mentoring peers and ensuring governance and responsible AI practices are followed.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, including work with LLMs and multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python, ML frameworks, and data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle: data, features, modeling, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with ethical AI, GDPR/CCPA considerations, and responsible data science practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytical projects within the DATA area, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights for business decisions.
• Develop predictive and generative models using ML and LLM techniques.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize LLM models for domain-specific use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deploy data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
• Mentor junior team members to foster growth and success.
• Ensure deliverables meet governance standards and best practices.
