GMV Spain is seeking a Galileo Verification and Validation Coordinator to lead V&V activities for space control software and subsystems, coordinating tests, documentation, and task assignments across teams.

The role requires experience in V&V (system and software), DOORS, and JIRA/Redmine, with a background in supervising software projects and opportunities for hybrid work, relocation support, and career development.

Formación

• Experience in technical supervision of software projects.
• V&V experience (system and/or software).
• Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
• Experience with ticket management tools such as JIRA and Redmine.
• Space sector project experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate V&V activities (plan and direct test campaigns and deployments, organize tasks, prepare client documentation).
• Supervise verification of subsystem requirements (documentation, FAT/SAT support, anomaly monitoring).

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

If you area systematic person, and able to supervise/coordinate the verification andvalidation work of other teams, this is your position!

Among thedifferent activities to participate in are the following:

• CoordinateV&V activities (plan and direct test campaigns and/or deployments, organizeand assign tasks, prepare client documentation, etc.)
• Supervisethe verification of requirements of the subsystems that make up the controlcenter (preparation and review of documentation, assistance in FAT/SATsubsystem tests, supervision and monitoring of anomalies, etc.).

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For thisposition, we are looking for people with experience in:

• Technicalsupervision of software projects
• V&V(Verification and Validation), both system and/or software
• Requirements management tools: DOORS
• Ticketmanagement tools: JIRA and/or Redmine

Experiencewill also be valued in:

• Projectsin the space sector (Satellite Control Centers (SCOS-2000), Mission Planning,Flight Dynamics, …)
  Cybersecurity
• Computernetworks (LAN, WAN).
