EURAXESS Ireland seeks a highly motivated PhD candidate to join the CompBioCat group at the University of Girona, Spain. The 4‑year fully funded PhD project BioReInt focuses on designing computational tools for biocatalysis and reactive intermediate control.

Starting Fall 2026, with early October 2026 as the earliest start date. Requirements include a 240 ECTS bachelor plus 60 ECTS master or 300 ECTS bachelor, chemistry/computational chemistry background, and strong English.

• Completed 240 ECTS Bachelor + 60 ECTS Master or 300 ECTS Bachelor or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
• Background in computational chemistry.
