TieTalent is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to architect and build scalable features across frontend and backend, leveraging React/Next.js with PHP/Laravel. You will optimize performance, enhance the ElasticSearch-based job matching, and collaborate closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fullstack roles, strong PHP/Laravel expertise, and a passion for scalable architectures and SEO-driven web performance.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional fullstack development experience in an agile environment.
• Proven expertise in PHP/Laravel, with strong knowledge of system optimization, scalability, and architecture.
• Solid experience with React.js and Next.js for building scalable, performant web interfaces.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Experience with ElasticSearch (or OpenSearch) for large-scale search systems.
• Skilled in JavaScript and CSS-in-JS tools.
• Familiar with cloud environments (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Cypress.
• Fluent in English (C1+ level) with excellent communication skills.
• Completed BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Work directly with the CTO and alongside product, design, and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices, SOLID principles, and testing standards.
