Talan Group, a leading international consulting firm, seeks a 3–5 year Fullstack Developer to join a high-visibility AI-driven trading project. You will contribute to a modern stack with React on the frontend, Python on the backend, and microservices in a cloud-native AWS Lambda environment.

Workflows emphasize collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong coding standards, and adaptability in a dynamic banking-related domain. Remote-friendly with Malaga hub involvement.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong React frontend experience.
• Solid Python backend experience.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Good understanding of testing, CI/CD and version control.
• Ability to work in changing environments with evolving requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain fullstack features using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Work within a microfrontend architecture and contribute to its evolution.
• Build and integrate microservices ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the frontend lead and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to cloud-based solutions, incl. AWS Lambda services.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability in a fast-changing environment.

About the project

You will join a highly visible and strategic project for a top-tier banking client. This initiative is particularly impactful, as it involves building one of the first AI-driven trading applications within the organization.

The project is dynamic and constantly evolving, requiring adaptability and strong collaboration skills. You will work in a mixed team composed of Developers and Data engineers, contributing to a modern architecture based on microfrontends (React), microservices (Python), and cloud-native solutions (AWS Lambda).

What you will do

• Develop and maintain fullstack features using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
• Work within a microfrontend architecture and contribute to its evolution
• Build and integrate microservices ensuring scalability and performance
• Collaborate closely with the frontend lead and other cross-functional teams
• Contribute to cloud-based solutions, including AWS Lambda services
• Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability in a fast-changing environment
• Adapt quickly to evolving requirements in an innovative AI-driven product

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Strong experience with React in frontend development
• Solid backend development experience with Python
• Experience working with microservices architectures
• Good understanding of modern software development practices (testing, CI/CD, version control)
• Ability to work in changing environments with evolving requirements
• Strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to work
• Experience collaborating in cross-company or multicultural teams

Nice to have

• Experience with microfrontend architecture
• Knowledge of AWS services, especially Lambda
• Exposure to projects in banking, fintech, or trading platforms
• Familiarity with AI-related applications or data-driven systems
• Experience working with offshore or external partners
