Job summary

Capitole Consulting is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Spain. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Databricks, embedding Claude, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI across solutions.

You will collaborate with the AI Enablement team to turn demand into secure, maintainable, and reusable apps, while upholding governance, security, and lifecycle practices. Join an amazing team shaping automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Experience embedding AI in workflows using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, or comparable tools.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Practical experience with Claude and GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development.

Job description

We're looking for a AI SOLUTIONS ENGINEER with 3 years of experience to join our amazing team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy workflow automations and business applications using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Build data and AI applications on Databricks.
• Embed AI capabilities, including Claude, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, into automations and applications.
• Assess incoming automation requests with the AI Enablement Lead and recommend whether to build a solution, reuse an existing one, or decline the request.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, and data sources.
• Develop reusable components and implementation standards.
• Apply platform governance practices, including environment management, DLP, and ALM.
• Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with Solvd's wider technology stack.
• Monitor, support, and continuously improve solutions.
• Instrument solutions to measure the productivity improvements achieved.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Databricks, including SQL, Python, jobs, or Databricks Apps.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and ALM, including environments, DLP policies, and solutions.
• Experience embedding AI in workflows using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, or comparable tools.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Practical experience with Claude and GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development.
• Development skills in Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with GitHub, testing, monitoring, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of AI security, access management, logging, and lifecycle management.
