Covenant Living of Florida in Plantation, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in a full-time role. The OT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care plans under physician supervision to support residents' functional independence.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in OT, be licensed in the state, and demonstrate strong organization, communication, and collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license and licensure requirements as established by state authorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Screenings and certifications as required by location.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
