We seek a Full Stack Tech Lead who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Demonstrating deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot and React/Next.js to design scalable, hexagonal architectures that align with client’s Tech standards.
• Acting as the bridge between the Product Owner and the SQUAD, translating business innovation goals into a refined, actionable technical backlog.
• Successfully orchestrating critical connections with corporate systems, including SSO/Active Directory, Docuten (NDAs), and Retool for operations.
• Elevating the team’s output by enforcing best practices and implementing AI-driven development tools to accelerate delivery cycles.
• Ensuring rigorous code quality and meeting key milestones during the Launch and Consolidation phases within the internal cloud infrastructure.
• Navigating a high-pressure, mixed-squad environment with effective communication and a results-oriented mindset.
