ERNI is seeking a senior data governance engineer to lead the evolution of an enterprise data governance catalog platform. You will apply Python and Angular skills, work with cloud-native development, and drive metadata management, data lineage and governance workflows across the organization.

As a senior member, you will mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions and ensure platform scalability, resilience and compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development in enterprise environments using Python and Angular.
• Strong practical experience designing cloud and infrastructure platforms with deployment automation.
• Proven experience with AWS, cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines and scalable apps.
• Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, data lineage and data catalogs.

Can you imagine leading the evolution of an enterprise-wide data governance platform that enables trusted data across the organization?

Join our expert team to work on a Data Governance project, contributing to the development and evolution of an Enterprise Data Governance Catalog platform. You will apply your knowledge of Python and Angular, cloud-native development and modern integration patterns to drive metadata management, data lineage, governance workflows and data product lifecycle management across the enterprise.

What you will bring

• 5+ years of experience developing software solutions with Python and Angular in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, building and maintaining cloud and infrastructure platforms, including deployment automation, monitoring and operational support.
• Proven experience working with AWS, cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines and scalable distributed applications.
• Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, data lineage and data catalog platforms such as Collibra or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in enterprise environments.

You will be responsible for developing and evolving a strategic data governance platform, delivering robust and scalable solutions across the full technology stack. You will contribute to the design and implementation of integrations, cloud services and platform capabilities, while promoting engineering best practices and supporting governance workflows.

As a senior member of the team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor other engineers, support architectural decisions, and ensure scalability, resilience, compliance and operational excellence across the platform ecosystem.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
