Position

Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Angular 20, Nest.js and MongoDB.
• Architect and implement Microfrontend solutions with a product‑oriented mindset, integrating multiple frameworks such as Angular, React and Vue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product, UX/UI and QA—to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (v20), Nest.js and MongoDB.
• Experience with Microfrontends architecture and integration of multiple frameworks/libraries.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, delegate tasks and drive team performance.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Plus

• Experience in product‑oriented development environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of additional backend technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
