Pillar is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build the AI-first platform for Italian SMEs and growing startups. You’ll work in a fast-paced squad, owning features from idea to production with a hands-on, high-energy team.

• You have proven experience working with early‑stage startups (0 → 10M€ ARR).
• You know our tech stack like the back of your hand (React, Next.js, Supabase, TypeScript)
• You don’t ship code, but you build a product
• You have developed both hard and soft skills alongside an A+ team
• High IQ, high energy, high integrity
