Dabster is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in the Islas Baleares region, with hybrid/remote options. You will design and build end-to-end features for web and backend, focusing on reliability and performance, collaborating with product and design.

The role requires ~4+ years of production software experience, strong Go backend and React frontend skills, and good communication. You will participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Go backend and React frontend skills.
• Experience with distributed/high-traffic systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile delivery models.
• Experience integrating video conferencing APIs is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build end-to-end features for web and backend platforms with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute architectural input.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to prototype, validate, and iterate on ideas.
• Write well-tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
