Kabilio in Barcelona is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build and own features across our frontend (React/Remix) and backend (Node.js) systems. You’ll work with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable solutions used by real customers.

You’ll contribute to both frontend and backend, ensure code quality, and participate in architectural decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative, hybrid environment with 3 days in the Barcelona office.

Formación

• Strong experience building production web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience across the full product lifecycle in a SaaS environment.

Our goal is to become the go-to Financial Operating System for accounting firms and SMEs in Southern Europe, unifying accounting, tax, payments, planning, and banking into a single platform. Why this role matters?

Today, Kabilio already runs three core products in production — Invoices Processing, Bank Transactions, and Invoicing — used daily by real customers. At the same time, we’re building our Accounting platform, the product that defines our long-term vision and the reason Kabilio was founded. AI sits at the core of everything we build, from automating and categorizing financial data to enabling intelligent workflows and decision-making across the entire financial lifecycle. We rely on modern architectures and proven technologies to turn this vision into a scalable, production-ready platform.

As a Full Stack Engineer at Kabilio, you will build and own product features end-to-end, working closely with with Ivan (CTO), Jorge, Karel, Arnau and Lucas, Tech Leads, as well as with a cross-functional team of devs and Product Managers.

You’ll contribute to both frontend and backend systems, helping us ship high-quality software that is used daily by real customers.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, quality, and collaboration, with a high degree of ownership and the opportunity to influence technical decisions without being a people manager.

What you’ll do?

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our products.
• Work with React/Remix on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs to ship quickly + long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and propose improvements to the codebase.

What should you bring to the table?

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team. Technical ownership.
• Strong experience building production web applications, ideally with React and Node.js.
• Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience working across the full product lifecycle (e.g. SaaS).
• Care for clean code, maintainability, and best practices.
• Professional level Spanish, and English (B1 should be enough).
