REWE digital Spain seeks a seasoned Full Stack Developer to design, implement, and enhance a loyalty program, focusing on personalized incentives and campaign planning interfaces. You will collaborate with product teams and participate in the full product lifecycle within an international, cross-functional environment.

As part of our Incentive Assessment team, you will contribute to scalable services, ensure high code quality, and help shape innovative campaigns that strengthen customer loyalty

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of extensive experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security.
• Experience with Angular.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Good understanding of microservice architecture.
• Good understanding of relational database concepts.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Working experience in Agile product development practices.
• Excellence in code quality standards.
• Foster a code review and testing culture.

The Incentive Assessment team is looking for a full stack developer. The team plans and manages campaigns, coordinating resources, budgets, and data. Its goal is to drive sales and strengthen customer loyalty through targeted campaigns.

What You Will Do

• Development and enhancement of a loyalty program, including the implementation of a campaign planning interface and the underlying technical logic for processing customer events that drive personalized incentive mechanisms.
• Be in close collaboration with different product roles and team members
