Descripción del empleo

Productsup is a Berlin-based company with a strong international customer base, and we’re looking to rapidly scale our reach within the digital commerce landscape. We are seeking a high-performing Full-Stack CMS Developer to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will own our website strategy end-to-end, ensuring our site is continuously optimized for conversion and driving performance from foundational back-end architecture to high-impact front-end user experiences**.**

Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Technical Engineering & Architecture
  • Back-End (Headless CMS): Design, scale, and maintain Contentful content models, fields, spaces, and environments. Oversee structured content delivery using GraphQL/REST API queries, webhooks, and modern data-handling protocols.
  • Front-End (Presentation Layer): Build and maintain responsive, accessible, secure, and performant web experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks (Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Node.js) alongside semantic HTML5 and advanced CSS3.
  • Integrations & DevOps: Connect Contentful seamlessly with critical third-party tools, including CRM platforms (HubSpot), web analytics solutions, and cloud infrastructure/hosting environments (AWS, Amazon CloudFront, S3, Heroku).
  • AI & Workflow Automation: Enhance, scale, and maintain internal AI-powered automation tools, leveraging platforms such as OpenAI to streamline recurring web workflows, reduce manual operational overhead, and boost overall team efficiency.
Analytics, Tracking & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate end-to-end site health, user engagement, and marketing funnel performance using GA4, Hotjar, and advanced data visualization tools.
  • CRO Pipeline Ownership: Own the testing pipeline by designing (with copy and design support) and executing rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across copy, interactive layouts, and visual CTAs to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Funnel Optimization: Proactively monitor critical site metrics—including Conversion Rate (CVR), bounce rates, and form drop-off trends to identify conversion friction and engineer immediate solutions.
  • Data Integrity & Tagging: Deploy and manage precise event tracking arrays using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4. Conduct thorough QA on all new pages to guarantee exact tag firing, conversion pixel accuracy, and clean UTM parameters.
  • Data Flow Architecture: Partner closely with Marketing Operations to secure seamless data flows from web touchpoints into CRMs, data platforms, and executive reporting dashboards.
CMS Enablement, SEO & Support
  • CMS Training & Enablement: Design and deliver comprehensive CMS onboarding and training sessions for new and existing internal website users.
  • Contributor Guidance: Act as the primary technical point of contact for website-related issues, providing continuous documentation, troubleshooting support, and governance for content contributors.
  • Publishing Best Practices: Champion best-in-class workflows for web publishing, ensuring content layout consistency, cross-browser compatibility, and digital asset efficiency.
  • Technical SEO: Implement foundational and advanced technical SEO requirements in collaboration with the SEO Manager to preserve and improve organic search visibility, site indexation, and page speed performance.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: Proven experience building performant, robust, responsive, and cross-browser compatible Server-Side Rendering (SSR) websites.
  • Framework Mastery: Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (specifically Nuxt.js, Vue.js, and Node.js) alongside core HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Headless CMS & APIs: Direct experience configuring, managing, and querying headless CMS environments (Contentful strongly preferred), with a fluent understanding of HTTP, JSON, REST, and GraphQL.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Competency in managing deployments and environments within cloud services (AWS, S3, Amazon CloudFront), Heroku, and modern version control/project tracking tools (Git, Jira).
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of digital operations experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically managing content inside a headless CMS environment.
  • Professional Competencies: Strong data-driven mindset, excellent relationship‑building skills across design and marketing teams, and the ability to troubleshoot critical bugs under pressure with high autonomy.
  • You are already based in Spain.
