Fford Stone Ltd is recruiting a Cybersecurity Operations Leader to manage an international team of Cyber Security Experts responsible for customer project security from tendering to execution. You will mentor the team, drive risk mitigation across the project lifecycle and strengthen security controls, while ensuring compliance with global standards.

This leadership role requires experience with OT/IT security, cross-functional collaboration with senior management, and willingness to travel

Formación

• Over 5 years of OT/IT security experience.
• Proven ability to engage with Senior Management, Product teams and Engineering teams.
• Business fluent English is required.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Degree in IT, Computing, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with project and service environments and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide robust leadership to an international Cyber Security team.
• Ensure cyber and product security risk mitigation throughout project lifecycle.
• Strengthen Cybersecurity risk mitigation measures.
• Develop compliance levels, identify gaps and address improvements.
• Provide regular feedback to the Governance Team.
• Support other Cybersecurity initiatives as needed.

Their Cybersecurity team plays a crucial role in safeguarding operations and ensuring compliance with global standards whilst mitigating cyber risks across multiple customer sectors.

The Cybersecurity Operations Leader will manage an international team of Cyber Security Experts responsible for customer project security from tendering to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide robust leadership to the team, focussed on mentoring and developing team members.
• Ensure efficient cyber and product security risk mitigation throughout project lifecycle.
• Strengthen Cybersecurity risk mitigation measures.
• Develop compliance levels, identify gaps and address areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback to the Governance Team.
• Support other Cybersecurity initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity and Risk Management, along with industry and cybersecurity standards.
• Experience in defining and managing company-wide programs, with a solid understanding of KPI definition and monitoring.
• Proficient in Industrial Automation, control systems, and related power system products.
• Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to manage multicultural and international teams.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Capable of articulating the impact of cybersecurity on projects and service security.
• Experience with handling secure/sensitive matters.
• Willing to travel internationally.

Qualifications:

• A degree in IT, Computing, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Demonstrated experience in driving transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with project and service business environments and processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in OT/IT security, with a proven ability to engage effectively with Senior Management, Product teams and Engineering teams.
• Business fluent English
