msg global solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join their Finance Business Unit in Madrid, Spain. The role involves supporting the implementation of SAP FS-CD and S4/HANA Finance, working with clients, and analyzing integration requirements. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of SAP consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Formación

What we do

The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred Finance solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do

• Support in delivering complex projects to clients
• Support in different phases of the implementation of SAP FS-CD and S/4HANA Finance (including FI-CO, FI-AM, FI-GL, FI-AR, and FI-AP)
• Work with the project team, team leaders, and client stakeholders to create stand-out solutions meeting clients' needs
• Analyze technical and functional integration requirements
• Be part of a team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP transformational programs
• Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions

What we are looking for

• SAP consulting experience of 2+ years in FS-CD and S4/HANA Finance (including FI-CO, FI-AM, FI-GL, FI-AR, and FI-AP).
• Willingness to learn FS-CD through msg Academy program and personal coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, accounting, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication along with strong client relationship skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong analytical mindset, structured and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Spanish are a must (oral and in writing)
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• First understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technology
• Finance and insurance industry experience of advantage
• Familiar with SCRUM, PRINCE 2, or ASAP project methodologies
