DKB Code Factory GmbH is seeking a Frontend Engineer to build secure, high-performance React applications powering banking experiences. You will own end-to-end features, shaping frontend foundations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will design production-grade components, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to frontend standards while mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Production React applications with React, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Strong experience with state management (Redux, Zustand) and modern frontend build tools (Vite).
• Experience with test automation: unit and end-to-end testing strategies and tools.
• Advanced Git workflows and practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes knowledge.
• Deep understanding of the DOM, responsive and mobile-first design best practices.
• Attention to detail with accessibility and security-aware UI patterns.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, test, and ship production-grade React features for core journeys with reliability and user trust.
• Establish and evolve shared frontend foundations: libraries, state-management patterns, testing strategies, CI/CD workflows.
• Embed security, accessibility and regulatory requirements into pipelines and gates.
• Drive sprint predictability and delivery quality via acceptance criteria and quality gates.
• Monitor frontend production health, own incident remediation and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile and QA to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Contribute to frontend chapter/guild: document patterns and mentor engineers.

Join DKB Code Factory as a Frontend Engineer and help the team to build secure, high-performance React applications that power critical banking experiences used by millions. Here you will own end-to-end features, shaping frontend foundations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering measurable improvements in user trust and product reliability.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implement, test, and ship production-grade React features that support core journeys (onboarding, account overview, key transactions) with a focus on reliability and user trust.
• Establish and evolve shared frontend foundations: component libraries, state-management patterns, testing strategies, and CI/CD workflows to increase cross-team delivery independence.
• Embed security, accessibility (WCAG), and regulatory requirements into development pipelines and delivery gates to maintain zero critical compliance issues.
• Drive measurable improvements in sprint predictability and delivery quality through better acceptance criteria, quality gates, and observability.
• Monitor frontend production health, own incident remediation, and implement long-term fixes to reduce recurrence.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and QA to reduce ambiguity and deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Contribute to the frontend chapter/guild: document patterns, run adoption sessions, and mentor other engineers.

Following qualifications would be in line with our desired profile for this position:

• Proven experience building production React applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) and modern frontend build tools (e.g., Vite).
• Test automation proficiency: experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing strategies and tools.
• Advanced Git workflows and practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines; working knowledge of Kubernetes and monitoring from a consumer perspective.
• Deep understanding of the DOM, responsive and mobile-first design best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with experience implementing accessibility and security-aware UI patterns.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
