What is the Internship?

As a Front Office Agent trainee you will offer local insights, anticipate every detail, and create a warm atmosphere that makes guests feel at home.

Your Day‑to‑Day
  • Warmly welcome guests and kick off memorable experiences.
  • Support Front Office Supervisors in all required tasks.
  • Take and manage guest bookings, up‑selling opportunities, and communicate ways to improve their stay.
  • Check guests in and out swiftly—take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes.
  • Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs—record and act on preferences, handle messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for all guests—help with bill issues, local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary.
  • Maintain a brand‑ambassador appearance and presence.
  • Stay informed about daily events and activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Fluent in local language and English; additional languages highly valuable.
