The Role

As a Booking Agent you’ll be the first point of contact for clients who have already shown interest in buying property in Spain. Your goal is to engage with them, qualify their needs, and book an online meeting with one of our real estate agents.

You will be speaking with leads from our database – clients who have requested more information or previously shown interest in buying a property in Spain.

It’s a structured communication‑focused role ideal for someone confident, motivated and ready to grow in a professional environment.

What We Offer

• Fixed base salary : 1700 gross / month
• Performance bonuses : 50500 per month based on successful bookings held
• Commission on final property sales generated from your bookings

Your Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients from our database who have requested information, were in contact with us previously or signed up through one of our websites
• Build rapport, qualify interest and understand their needs
• Schedule online meetings for our real estate agents
• Follow a proven process and booking system using CRM tools and Google Forms
• Represent the company with professionalism, energy and integrity

Who You Are

• Native or fluent French/Polish native speaker with strong English communication skills
• Friendly, confident and motivated to achieve results
• Lives within 30 minutes of Bel‑Air (Estepona) – this is a full‑time office‑based position (no remote option)
• Comfortable working two Saturdays per month as part of a rotating schedule
• Basic computer skills (CRM or Google Workspace knowledge is a plus)
• Positive mindset, team player and motivated by delivering quality results
