Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Group in Madrid seeks an energetic French-native speaker to recruit doctors and manage their participation in market research studies. You will contact doctors to invite them to join our panel of healthcare professionals and engage panelists to maximize participation rates.

You will perform follow-up calls, maintain high attention to detail, and coordinate communications via phone and email. Experience with multinational environments is a plus, and translations may be required.

Qualifications

• French native language required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
• Other tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation targets among assigned doctors using various communication channels and arguments.
