Job summary

Fábrica De Papel De Regalo Y Bolsas De Papel seeks a French-native recruitment specialist to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors and manage their participation, coordinating calls and emails to maximize engagement.

Responsibilities include contacting doctors for market studies, following up with panelists, and ensuring high participation rates across your assigned pool, using English for trainings and internal communications as needed.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker required
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings/meetings/internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
