WW Talents is hiring a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international team in Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering a high-quality service while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Your role includes collaborating with colleagues, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases when necessary. A comprehensive relocation package supports your move and long-term development within a multicultural environment.

Formación

Fluent in French (spoken & written).
Good command of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

About The Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer support, assisting customers through various communication channels while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll become part of an international team where collaboration, continuous learning, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
Escalate complex cases when necessary.
Meet quality standards and performance targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Fluent French (spoken and written).
Good command of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Relocation & Support Package

Full assistance with residence and social security administrative procedures.
Shared, fully furnished accommodation available for up to 14 months (subject to eligibility).
Airport pickup upon arrival.
Flight reimbursement after 9 months of successful employment.
Optional Portuguese language classes after 3 months (subject to availability).
One annual round-trip flight home within Europe after 12 months of successful integration, renewable every 12 months.
