Formación

Purpose of the role

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads. You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Your responsibilities
  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and / or emails) per day
  • Qualify leads and manage a well-organised sales pipeline.
  • Identify business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
  • Assist clients through onboarding and verification steps.
  • Learn and apply regional onboarding procedures.
  • Help businesses submit required documentation accurately.
  • Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields : sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with call centre operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently.
  • Comfortable using Google Docs / Sheets or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
  • Experience working in teams.
  • General knowledge of home services industries.
