Nordicinnovators is seeking Freelance Proposal Writers to create proposals for the Eureka Eurostars funding programme. You'll collaborate with clients across various sectors, including Health and Energy, and work with innovative projects in an international environment.

Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in proposal writing, understanding of European funding, and excellent communication skills. This is a fully remote position offering competitive remuneration and a success bonus package.

Formación

Job description

We are looking for Freelance Proposal Writers to write proposals for theEureka Eurostarsfunding programme. As a freelancer for Nordic Innovators, you will work closely with our clients to collaborate on Eureka Eurostars grant proposals across a wide range of sectors such as Health, Energy, and ICT. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technologies and disruptive start‑ups across Europe with high impact potential.

Responsibilities

• Writing and preparing high‑quality, detailed proposals for the Eureka Eurostars funding programme.
• Leading client management processes from the outset with a focus on service and quality.
• Conducting relevant research, analysis, and strategic decision‑making pertaining to a successful proposal.
• Collaborating on developing business plans and commercial strategies for ground‑breaking solutions and projects.

Candidate requirements

• More than 2 years of experience preparing and writing Eureka Eurostars proposals.
• Understanding of the frameworks and procedures of European funding programmes.
• Fluency in English (C1 minimum).
• A university degree in one of the following areas: Health, Energy, ICT, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Economics, or other related fields (preferred).
• Experience working independently with limited supervision, being proactive and working to tight deadlines.
• Excellent people and communication skills to build a positive connection and to communicate professionally with clients, co‑workers, and project partners.
• Ability to lead a consortium during the project development phase.
• Organised and methodical approach to project development.
• Be a team player.
