A recruitment agency is seeking a fast, proactive freelance recruiter in Spain to efficiently reach out to candidates and motivate them to provide necessary documentation for various positions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and experience in recruitment is preferred. Responsibilities include contacting candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring they meet job criteria. This role offers a base rate of €5/hr plus performance bonuses for each qualified candidate presented.

Formación

  • Experience in recruitment or HR (minimum 1 year preferred).

We are looking for a fast, proactive freelance recruiter who can efficiently reach out to candidates, speak with them, and motivate them to provide the needed documentation for our clients’ open positions.

Your interviewing experience is less important than your speed, persistence, and ability to connect with people. If you are confident on the phone, organised, and able to handle many conversations per day, this role is perfect for you.

Strong communication skills in Spanish and English are essential, as you will be contacting candidates across different regions.

🎯 Responsibilities
  • Contact candidates, follow-up and keep status updated in our ATS.

  • Conduct structured interviews (Spanish/English).

  • Validate job requirements and ensure candidates meet must‑have criteria.

  • Check documentation

  • Prepare short candidate summaries

  • Present qualified candidates to our internal team.

💰 Compensation

We offer a base hourly rate + performance bonus:

  • Base: 5€/hr.
    Expected workload: 2 hours per day

  • Performance bonus: You earn a bonus for each qualified and validated candidate you present, and the bonus increases the more candidates you deliver.

This model rewards productivity and quality.

⏱ Availability

Flexible, but you must work within European working hours and dedicate at least 2 hours per day.
