ProReset is seeking a creative, hands-on Freelance Content & Digital Marketing Manager to support our marketing strategy across social media, email, website and marketing materials. This role is part-time and freelance, with regular in-person content creation across Spain and travel to client locations as needed.

• Previous experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing.
• Strong hands‑on content creation skills, particularly short‑form video.
• Comfortable independently planning, filming and editing content.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with video editing and content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar.
• Experience with email marketing/newsletter platforms and website CMS tools.
• Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different channels.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Proactive and resourceful — able to identify what needs to be created, updated or improved.

Responsabilidades

• Create original content for social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Plan, film and edit short‑form videos and carousels.
• Travel to Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona for shoots.
• Write social copy in Spanish and English.
• Publish and schedule content across channels.
• Manage community interactions and respond to comments.
• Identify influencers and manage outreach and collaborations.
• Coordinate newsletters and email campaigns.
