CPL Aromas is seeking a Laboratory Manager to oversee precise weighing of aroma chemicals and bases, packaging and labeling finished products, and ensuring strict safety and quality standards. The role requires collaboration across departments and a focus on HSE guidelines.

We value candidates with chemistry background and 1–3 years in a lab setting, with strong communication and organizational skills, able to work in shifts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Formación

• Technical or vocational chemistry background is required.
• 1–3 years of laboratory experience is preferred.
• Experience with handling chemicals and lab equipment is desirable.
• Industrial manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare fragrance formulas and bases following production system SOPs.
• Weigh liquids, solids and powders precisely.
• Package and label finished products correctly.
• Ensure quality standards and report any deviations.
• Daily calibrations of balances and keep tools clean.
• Manage raw materials and consumables availability for production.
• Record stock movements in management systems.
• Strictly follow health, safety and environmental regulations.
