Michael Page in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Fragrance Formulation Manager to lead fragrance development from concept to industrialization and ensure formulation stability and performance.

You will mentor a small team of formulation scientists, coordinate cross-functional activities with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain, and explore innovative materials and technologies in a globally recognized fragrance group.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science required or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in fragrance formulation and product development.
• Leadership of a small team of formulation scientists.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of fragrance formulations from concept through industrialization.
• Transform fragrance concentrates into market-ready finished products.
• Ensure stability, compatibility, and performance of formulations.
• Coordinate testing, validation activities, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fragrance Evaluation, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
• Resolve technical issues related to products and manufacturing processes.
• Explore new raw materials, technologies, and innovation opportunities.
• Mentor and support a small team of formulation scientists.
