Suanfarma, SA in Alcobendas is seeking an FP&A Specialist to support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans. You will assist monthly closings, variance analysis, and management dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal candidates hold a finance-related degree, 3–5 years in FP&A or accounting, and advanced Excel skills. English fluency is required for this role in Madrid's Alcobendas office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, Audit, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Previous experience at a Big Four firm is considered a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and basic financial analysis.
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling is desirable.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support profitability analysis by business unit, product, customer, or region.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather financial and operational information.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase reporting efficiency and automation.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required.
