As FP&A Manager, you will lead the management control area, ensuring the reliability of financial reporting, driving automation and data analysis, and working closely with our HQ in Italy to align standards and processes. You will play a key role in the financial transformation of the group, participating in strategic projects and post-acquisition integration processes.

  • Automation of financial processes and data analysis.
  • Participation in integration processes following acquisitions.
  • Leadership in strategic financial transformation projects.
  • ERP implementation knowledge (SAP, Zuora) and BI tools.
  • Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Think-Cell proficiency.
  • Background in software companies, ideally SaaS.
  • Fluent English (C1); Italian is a plus.

Data-oriented profile, highly organized, with strategic and integrative mindset.
