Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Finance professional to translate financial data into clear insights and support decision‑making. You will engage in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across P&L, balance sheet, and headcount metrics.

The role involves creating management presentations and collaborating with the EMEA FP&A team. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in international FP&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and English fluency, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in Finance/FP&A within an international company.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP/BW and SAP BPC an advantage.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, quick learner with a process‑improvement mindset.
• Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in Forecasting, Budgeting, Outlook, Financial Analysis, Sr. Management analytics and ad-hoc activities.
• Preparation of management presentations for planning and MEC reviews.
• Analyzes trends in key performance indicators across P&L, Balance sheet and HC.
• Monitors performance indicators and analyzes causes of variance.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools development.
• Supports Business Units managers with data and reports.
• Prepares financial metrics and analysis for management reviews.
• Consolidates and prepares monthly management reports.
• Assists Sr Management presentations for MEC, Quarter end, Forecast, Outlook.
• Meets reporting deadlines per Finance calendar.
• Develops budgeting and forecasting models and templates.
• Prepares ad-hoc reports and analyses per request.
• Provides insights to progress towards financial metrics.
• Works with EMEA FP&A team on ongoing activities.
