Client Server in Madrid is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to design and develop new features across the full stack, with emphasis on Python and React, in a hands-on role for a growing Private Equity-backed firm.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, drive AI adoption across projects, and shape the technical foundation while delivering impactful solutions. This is a full-time hybrid position with occasional remote flexibility.

Formación

• Backend skills with Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Frontend skills with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka.
• Advocate of using AI tools to improve processes.
• Good knowledge of databases and data management.
• Fluent English language; Spanish in addition desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design and develop new features and enhancements across the full stack.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on complex projects, including AI integration.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle and ensure high quality delivery.
