OnHires is seeking a founding-level React Native engineer to own core parts of the mobile app end-to-end. You will focus on delivering smooth UX, performance, and scalable code across iOS and Android, collaborating closely with founders and designers.

This is an equity-friendly, early-stage opportunity in a fast-paced product environment. The role requires relocation or presence in Madrid or Miami, with a strong emphasis on product taste and user experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong track record shipping production React Native apps.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Founder Mindset with high ownership and UX focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end from UI to API integration and App Store releases.
• Write clean, reliable TypeScript/JavaScript that scales.
• Collaborate directly with founders and designers; move fast from concept to production.
• Debug performance issues across iOS, Android, and backend layers.
• Help shape early engineering culture, architecture standards, and tooling.
