We Source Talent is seeking a Founding Mobile Engineer to architect and build a high-performance crypto trading app from the ground up. You will own the stack from React Native decisions to production release, working closely with the founders and a UI/UX designer.

You should have 6-15 years in mobile engineering, with proven React Native experience in TypeScript. The role offers substantial equity and a fast-paced, highly funded environment.

Formación

• 6-15 years in mobile engineering.
• Architect React Native apps from scratch using TypeScript.
• Experience at brokerage, wallet, or crypto trading apps preferred.
• Designed, built and scaled consumer mobile apps to 1M+ users.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the entire React Native app from zero.
• Build a fast, low-latency trading experience across spot and perps.
• Ship from 0 to App Store on a rapid timeline with the founder and UI/UX designer.
• Ensure scale to 25-50k+ DAU and $100M+ daily volume.
• Own production reliability end to end and automate release pipelines.
