Codeway in Barcelona is seeking a Flutter Developer to join our mobile engineering team and deliver high-quality B2C apps used by millions of worldwide users. This role suits someone with Flutter experience or strong potential, backed by solid mobile development fundamentals and a drive to grow in a fast-paced consumer app environment.

You will collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams to ship features, improve architecture, and optimize performance across platforms.

Formación

• 1–4 years of Flutter experience or a Master’s in Mobile Application Development.
• Strong understanding of mobile development principles across iOS and Android.
• Experience building, maintaining, and improving mobile applications with quality code.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to join our mobile engineering team and help build high-quality B2C apps used by 500M+ of people worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone who is either already working professionally with Flutter or at the beginning of their career with exceptional technical potential, strong academic foundations in mobile development, and the ambition to grow quickly in a high-scale consumer app environment.

You’ll work closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to build, test, and improve mobile experiences that move rapidly from idea to millions of users.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build smooth, reliable, and scalable user experiences for high‑traffic B2C apps.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers to ship new features.
• Contribute to mobile architecture, code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Use analytics, testing, and experimentation to understand user behavior and improve products.
• Ensure app quality through debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Work with tools such as Firebase and other mobile development technologies.
• Use AI coding tools effectively to improve productivity while maintaining full ownership of code quality and logic.

What You'll Bring

• 1–4 years of professional experience in Flutter development or a Master’s degree in Mobile Application Development.
• Strong understanding of mobile development principles across iOS and/or Android.
• Experience building, maintaining, and improving mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, app performance, testing, debugging, and release quality.
• Good business-level English.
• A strong technical background, either through formal education or professional experience.
• Experience or strong exposure to AI coding tools, with the ability to clearly explain how you use them in your workflow.
• Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced product environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase.
• Backend development knowledge.
• Experience working on apps with large user bases.
• Understanding of analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Experience with app store releases, CI/CD, or mobile performance optimization.
• Experience with pair programming.
