Job summary

GT Motive Spain is seeking an Automotive Technical Clerk to deliver high-quality service to customers in Sweden, supporting fleet management and workshop coordination.

You will handle driver communications, quotations, tool references, and vehicle data entry, requiring automotive training and proficiency with Microsoft 365. This role offers a collaborative, flexible environment within the Solvd Group network.

Qualifications

• Training in automotive or electro-mechanical fields.
• Previous experience in automotive sector is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments with drivers and workshops.
• Prepare and contrast quotations.
• Consult references and repair times in tools.
• Provide mechanical advice on inquiries.
• Record maintenance actions in the vehicle database.
• Manage fleets according to maintenance schedules.
• Communicate with workshops to resolve daily incidents.
