A global IT services provider in Barcelona is looking for a Dutch speaker with fluent English to join their team. The successful candidate will resolve IT issues and support users across Europe while working in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include answering support queries, documenting calls, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
