The role requires at least 2 years of proven painting experience, attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends free; contract indefinido.

A local construction company is hiring a qualified First-Class Painter (Oficial 1ª Pintor) for ongoing and upcoming projects in Alcúdia. Your primary tasks and responsibilities in this role include:

• Preparing and repairing various surfaces before application.
• Applying premium paint, microcement, and decorative wall coatings.
• Applying specialized primers, sealers, and protective treatments.
• Executing accurate finishing work and conducting quality control on completed areas.
• Maintaining site cleanliness, order, and care of tools and materials.

To be considered for this opening, you should meet the following criteria:

• At least 24 months (2 years) of documented professional experience as a painter.
• Proficiency in high-end painting techniques, microcement application, and general surface repair.
• High attention to detail, precision, and a reliable work ethic.
• No specific formal academic degree is required.
