A leading Fintech company is seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of Fintech projects. In this role, you will manage project delivery, ensure effective coordination of stakeholders, and analyze data to inform decision-making. Candidates should have solid project management understanding within Fintech, proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence, and experience in delivering cross-functional projects. This is a contract role located in Barcelona.

Formación

• Solid understanding of project management practices within Fintech or regulated technology environments.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks prioritization methods and structured decision-making approaches.
• Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Fintech projects, managing scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Own Fintech OKR and portfolio processes, coordinating inputs, priorities, capacity, and progress tracking.
• Prepare concise status updates, dashboards, and leadership materials for forums, planning cycles, and reviews.

The Fintech Project Manager drives the successful execution ofFintech projects partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver results. Reporting to the Fintech Director of Strategy & Operations this hands-on role blends project management with strategic supportoverseeing project plans tracking progress managing risks and preparing high-impact materials for leadership decision-making. While not responsible forsettingstrategy the Project Managers strong coordination and analytical skills enable effective data-driven decisions and keep key programs moving forward.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Fintech projects managing scope milestones risks dependencies and budgets.
• Own Fintech OKR and portfolio processes coordinating inputs priorities capacity and progress tracking.
• Translate strategy into execution creating clear plans roadmaps and tracking mechanisms for key initiatives.
• Analyse delivery operational and financial data to surface trends risks and insights that inform leadership decisions.
• Prepare concise status updates dashboards and leadership materials for forums planning cycles and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders ensuring requirements are captured communicated and reflected in plans.
• Continuously improve project and portfolio management standards templates and ways of working across Fintech.
