Ferrovial invites applications for a Financial Risk Intern in Madrid. The role blends financial analysis with hands-on risk management, including derivatives valuation, hedging, macro monitoring and automated reporting.

You will work with senior finance stakeholders in an international environment. Recent graduates in economics, business, mathematics or engineering with strong English, Excel skills, and an interest in Python or R are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• High level of English (C1-C2).
• Good knowledge of Excel; interest in data analysis, automation and visualization tools.
• Interest in programming languages (Python or R) and AI/data analytics as assets.
• Knowledge of financial products, derivatives, or risk metrics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support preparation of periodic risk reports and macroeconomic monitoring.
• Assist in automating recurring tasks and improving data quality.
• Aid in measuring and interpreting financial risks using data analytics.
• Support hedging proposals analysis, including accounting and regulatory considerations.
• Contribute to development and monitoring of risk management policies across units.
• Provide market quotes and data to business units; assist validation of financial operations.
• Contribute to valuation processes for derivatives and digital tooling initiatives.
• Participate in innovation projects applying automation and AI to finance.
