Opella is seeking a Financial Performance Lead to shape the regional finance agenda and own the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process. You will drive forecast accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Group Controlling to translate strategic intent into financial trajectory.

The role requires a Master’s in finance, strong analytical and presentation skills, and experience in multinational matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

Financial Performance Lead

Job Purpose

The EULA Financial Performance Lead is a key member of the regional finance leadership team and works in close collaboration with EULA Head of Finance and regional finance community. Acts as main finance focal point for the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process, playing a key role in this process in close collaboration with EULA IBP Head (Supply Chain).

This role is EULA’s main point of contact for the annual Strat Plan process exercise, leading it in collaboration with B&I, Innovation, Commercial, Performance Analytics and Supply Chain regional teams. It also acts as main reference for other ad-hoc/transversal projects (VCP/Procurement/HCP/RGM, etc).

Be the EULA Finance Integrated Business Plan (IBP) lead

Coordinate together with EULA Supply Chain the monthly regional IBP exercise, driving forecast accuracy, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment in the process as per group instructions. Focus on Top Line trajectory, profitable volume growth, price-volume analysis, equilibrium SIT and Inventory landing.

Supports the preparation of the monthly regional IBP/MBR meeting, translating multiple country/zones cycle variations into clear messages to EULA leadership team.

Strategic Plan

Lead the Financial Strategic Plan, working in collaboration with EULA Zones and numerous stakeholders from regional and global teams. Focusing on strategy and value-creation, builds the exercise with it’s financial trajectory (from sales to Ebitda) in line with Group ambition plan and strategic priorities.

It supports EULA Head of Finance in other projects, ad-hoc analysis, planning exercises and reviews.

Experience
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
  • Master’s degree in finance or equivalent with an experience in a challenging finance role
  • Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines
  • Ability to take ownership and ensuring the integrity of the financial operations through very good understanding of the finance drivers
  • A well-developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple manner
  • Prior experience of working in multinational matrix organizations, preferably from CPG and FMCH
